Ghadi Detergent Launches “Desh Ki Neev” Campaign: A Tribute to
National Stock Exchange (NSE) 42nd India International Trade Fair, 2023
As part of our endeavour to spread the message of financial literacy and investor awareness, the National Stock Exchange (NSE) under the aegis of Securities Exchange Board of India (SEBI), along with other market infrastructure intermediaries, has set up a Pavilion ‘Bharat Kaa Share Bazaar’ at the 42nd India International Trade Fair, 2023, which is being held at New Delhi between November 14-27, 2023. Our participation also helps highlight the fact that the securities market in India is well regulated. The theme of the event for this year is “Vaishvik Samridhi Ka Adhaar, Bharat Ka Share Bazar” which is aligned with the G 20 theme of “Vasudhev Kutumbakam”.
Shri Kamlesh Chandra Varshney, Whole Time Member, SEBI inaugurated the event on November 14, 2023 in the presence of various securities market participants.
NSE plays an important role in investor protection and education in the Indian Securities Market and engages in many activities to carry out investor awareness like seminars, workshops, quiz, podcasts etc. Our participation in 42nd India International Trade Fair, 2023 is a testimony of our commitment for education and empowerment of investors.
At IITF 2023, NSE, under the guidance of SEBI, has set up a stall to engage with investors and inform them abouts do’s and don’t’s of investing, and to provide them with tools and technology to understand the trading and settlement mechanism, Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Mechanism etc.
During the exhibition at ITPO, NSE, together with other participating MIIs and Industry Associations, will be organising activities such as talk shows by market experts, skits, muppet shows and will also conduct an Investor Survey besides various other planned interactive activities. We believe all of these efforts will help empower investors who are participating in this event.
Shri Ashishkumar Chauhan, MD and CEO, NSE said, “We are glad to participate in IITF 2023 as it reflects NSE’s commitment to make possible greater financial inclusion and also investor empowerment. We believe that an alert and empowered investor is the need of the hour. By participating in the India International Trade Fair, 2023, NSE aims to engage with diverse audiences and provide information and knowledge for investors to take informed decisions regarding their investments”.
