Adani Green Energy becomes top renewable energy firm in Asia

Adani Green Energy Limited (AGEL) has received a recognition from International Shareholder Services Inc for its ESG disclosure practices. In a statement, AGEL said, it has been ranked first in Asia and among the top 10 companies globally in the renewable energy sector by International Shareholder Services Inc. ISS ESG.

“AGEL has been placed in the ‘Prime’ (B+) band, recognising its robust ESG disclosure practices and high level of transparency,” it said. AGEL has the largest operating renewable portfolio in India with 8,216 MW, it added.
