Raymond Lifestyle Limited Appoints Prasad EC as Chief Financial Officer

Raymond Lifestyle Limited has appointed Prasad EC as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In his new role, Prasad will be responsible for leading the company’s finance function, strengthening financial governance, and supporting strategic decision-making to drive sustainable business growth.

With over 24 years of diverse experience across consumer durables, fast-moving consumer goods, and international businesses, he has a strong track record in driving financial excellence, operational efficiency, and business transformation. Prasad joins the leadership team at a strategic inflection point as Raymond Lifestyle accelerates its ‘Lifestyle 2.0’ vision. With Raymond Lifestyle being in a phase of expansion – widening its consumer reach both offline as well as online and scaling new growth categories.

Prasad’s deep expertise in the consumer and FMCG sectors aligns perfectly with this trajectory, positioning him to play a key role in steering the company’s financial strategy. His extensive experience and strong financial acumen will be instrumental in supporting the company’s growth ambitions and strengthening our financial leadership.

Prior to joining Raymond Lifestyle, Prasad served as Chief Financial Officer at Bajaj Electricals Ltd where he played a pivotal role in strengthening financial governance, enhancing strategic financial planning, and enabling organisational transformation. Earlier, he held key leadership positions at Voltas Limited (A Tata Enterprise), where he served as All India Commercial Manager and Finance Head – International Operations. He has also worked with Emami Ltd., further strengthening his expertise in commercial management and financial operations.

Prasad is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), Kolkata, and a Cost Accountant from the Institute of Cost and Work Accountants of India (ICWA), Kolkata. He also holds an Executive MBA in Finance from Harvard University.
