Paras Health Strengthens Board with Appointment of Mrs. Usha Rajeev, Former Partner PwC (Price Waterhouse Cooper)

National, July 23^rd, 2024: Paras Health is pleased to announce the appointment of Mrs. Usha Rajeev as an Independent Director on its Board. Mrs. Rajeev brings a wealth of experience in governance, audit and risk management from her distinguished career spanning over 29 years at Price Waterhouse, India (member firm of Price Waterhouse Coopers International). She joined the firm in 1988 and served as a Partner for over 19 years until her retirement in May 2018.

On the new appointment, Dr. Dharminder Nagar, Managing Director of Paras Health, stated, “It is a pleasure to have Mrs. Usha Rajeev join the Paras Health Board as an Independent Director. Mrs. Usha Rajeev holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce (honors course) from the University of Delhi, SRCC. She is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and graduate of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India.
