Man Structurals Partners with IRCON successfully completes Katni Grade Separator Project Trial Run

Jaipur 25 August : Man Structurals Pvt Ltd has celebrated the trial run on July 19, 2025, with its significant contribution to the Katni Grade Separator Project, a major railway infrastructure initiative executed by IRCON under the West Central Railway Zone.

The company’s contribution, particularly to the UP Line trial, was acknowledged by the Hon’ble Minister of Railways, Shri Ashwini Vaishnaw,This project is one of Asia’s longest grade separator bridges, reinforcing the growing importance of private sector participation in India’s infrastructure development.

“It’s an honour to contribute to a project of national importance,” said Gaurav Rungta, Managing Director, Man Structurals. “Being part of such a transformative initiative and receiving recognition at the highest level motivates us to keep delivering excellence.”

As part of the project, Man Structurals was entrusted with the end-to-end execution of the electrification system for the UP Line of the Katni Grade Separator Bypass. This included the design and engineering of a 2x25KV, 50Hz AC electrification system, supply of high-quality, compliant materials and equipment, installation across both UP and DOWN lines, and comprehensive testing and commissioning. Inspection of Commissioner of Railway Safety (CRS) was successfully conducted on 11th and 12th August 2025.

This achievement not only highlights Man Structurals’ technical prowess but also reflects the company’s unwavering commitment to advancing India’s infrastructure landscape.
