Ingredients:
– 1 cup Chana Dal
– 1 cup Sugar
– 4 tablespoons Ghee
– 2 cups Milk
– ½ teaspoon Cardamom powder
– 2 tablespoons Grated coconut (optional)
– 2 tablespoons chopped Nuts (almonds, pistachios, or cashews)
– A pinch of Saffron strands (optional)
Instructions:
- Prepare the Fortune Chana Dal:
- Soak dal for 2-3 hours, then grind into a smooth paste.
- Roast the Chana Dal Paste:
